ABOUT US
Based on the experiences I have made in the last years, I want to share these methods and my plans that have supported me on the way to manage three successful business transformations since 2010. One focus on high growth and the adaptation of the organisational structure to it with a result of almost enfolding the business in less than 3 years. The other two with a focus on un-bureaucraticing business' and refocusing the effort and full impact on clients and what provides superior value to the company. Employee motivation and empowerment was always part of my transformations, since I truly believe in the fact that most of the companies are not getting enough from their teams and it is usually the company's fault with bureaucracy, high level of governance, very hierarchical structures and the lack of commitment to empower the teams. As a result the people are only partly engaged and are not able to contribute in the way their skills, competencies and talent would allow. I do call this system INTRAPRENEURSHIP, where everyone is contributing, working, acting and deciding like it is his/her money, his/her company. Achieving true Intrapreneurship you can build a culture that is driving sustainable results and that is also fun to and rewarding to work with.
